Hey Smitty, I feel your pain. We drove to Florida removing layer upon layer of clothing at each stop. Nine hours south of Atlanta and it was 78 degrees and sunny. Back here, snow is on the ground, ice is on the streets and Atlantan's are crashing about as though driving bumper-cars. Jeeze it's cold. Our Florida friends skyped this morning and I think they were in the 40's brrrrr.
I hope you enjoy your coat. Perhaps you won't need it next year.
BTW...isn't Claudia Hiersche to best! I think I would absolutely pass out to hear her perform in English. As it is, mein Deutsch wird immer besser.
I would love to see her perform in anything in any language and would definitely faint if I heard her speak English. I'm sure her English is just as superb as her German and when you combine that with her talented acting skills; you get GOLD!!!!
My German is limited to the extreme beginner stage with the basic greetings but I hope that it will improve. I'm traveling to Germany this summer for a course at a university in Germany that also includes a language course. I'm really excited about it!!
