While scouring the net for all things VL, I came across an article about Katharina Dalichau. In one part of it, it talks about her exit from the show. I translated it online, so I'm not positive I understand it. Here's the quote...

"Sie verließ die Serie im Sommer 2004 durch einen tragischen Serientod. Getreu einer alten Schauspielertradition, die Erfolg bei zukünftigen Engagements verspricht, nahm sie verkleidet an der Beerdigung ihrer Serienfigur teil. "

Does this mean that KD wore a disguise for her funeral? I went back and watched, and there's an old woman that walks by Carla when she wanders off after the funeral. Is this KD?!!

LOL! I was thinking the same thing! It was such a sad moment and I was wondering why Carla looked like she had to supress a smile. Now I know why - it wasn't Carla, it was Claudia (watching her colleague limping towards her ). By the way, I don't know if this is the right place (I hope the moderators will tell me if it isn't), but I just had to look at the scene above several times because I was editing a music video about Carla's loss. I just finished the clip. Well, I'm not sure if anybody else than me will like the video but I'll give you the link anyway (please download the clip on your computer before watching because my server doesn't like it when people watch some clips online):

Kim, that video is beautiful! I got tears in my eyes watching it and remembering the all the good scenes they had. Definitely worth the rings under your eyes!

Does anyone know if there are any behind the scenes pictures of the pool scene? I've seen one in a collage, where KD is in a robe lying poolside and CH is in the pool. It would be great to have even that one by itself.
