You totally nailed the whole thing. I also think that the beginning of the story was really promising, but the end was absolutely disappointing. It makes me sad that it ended like that. I expected alot more from the writers.

I didn't really watch it with Susanne, but I'm really amazed at the low number of votes she has gotten. I had thought she was more popular than that, but ...

My favorite--Stella. To me it was more about the personalities. I liked how Stella was thoughtful, compassionate and tender with Carla (and damn patient), while standing firm in her convictions when Carla went too far (as in the fight over the holding). And I like the way that, to me, Carla was becoming hard when she met Stella but by the end she had figured out what was most important and was happy again. She grew alot this year..

I will console myself now watching the old youtube episodes of Carla Hanna. I still believe that their romance was the most believable.

The scene that moves me the most is The Afterwork Party and the first time they have a love scene together. You can actually feel the tension everytime you watch that particular scene and to me that shows the realistic nature of their acting and the believable aspect of their attraction to each other. Sigh.

I just read the last two posts and have to agree.

Some of the scenes Carla and Suzanne did together were really hot, and I think they looked super as a couple. And its strange that Carla's character can't even get Stella upstairs to her bedroom, when even Suzanne's son had access at one point!!!

I think I read somewhere that Claudia Hiersche has a new agent. Could the agent have advised the character be pulled back? Or is the agent of Anne Wis to blame, not letting the supermodel get too involved in such a storyline...??? In any case, it really is a pity. The characters really are great role models for lesbians.

Whats more, I was very sad to see that Claudia didnt feature anywhere in the recent DIVA magazine poll of the 'Top 100'. Claudia is my number one every time.

I have to agree with you one more time. The love they shared was almost palpable and I think she never really had a love like she had with Hanna.

I still believed that Hannah is Carla's REAL true love. If Hannah didn't die, Carla will eventually introduced her to her father, but, it didn't came to that point. Hannah proved her love with Carla by being a kept woman, to protect Carla's image eventhough she is not happy about it, she still follow Carla's wish not to reveal their relationship in public. Hanna's love for Carla is unconditional. Carla is still carrying the guilt that she was not able to introduce Hannah as her lover to her father until Hanna's death.

I did not actually make an effort to follow Carla and Suzzane's story. I just didnt feel any chemistry physically and emotionally. Although they have better intimate scenes, I failed to see the spark on screen. I will say that Carla is very lonely and vulnerable still recovering from Hanna's death. She married Suzane maybe on impulse because Carla is trying to make up for all the things she failed to give to Hannah. I did not also like the hair of Suzanne. They just don't match on screen.

I was not happy with the scenes on Carla and Stella. Each time they tried to be intimate, someone always have to barge in or they get caught in that darn sofa in Stella's office. Why can't they have a scene in Carla's bedroom or a proper bed for that matter.

The barn love scene is great and romantic. However, Carla wouldn't want her barn worker to know that she is having intimate act in the barn and with Stella being her employee. What's with that scriptwriter, I'm missing something there.

I think Carla is now settling for the second best after Hannah. She was lonely when she feel inlove with Stella who loved her daughter Sophia as well. They look great and have a good chemistry. I am just sad that their cameo apperance were kinda boring. Maybe because Carla is much more comfortable with her relationship with Stella. That she doesn't need to pursue her love and the fact that they are engaged and getting married soon.

Carla fit with a blond partner on screen like Hannah and Stella.
Suzzane's too short hair and haircolor mismatch with Carla's appearance.

Still Hanna is for Carla.

from the given ones, stella - no doubt...in any case, someone with whom carla has the same rapport she has with stella...love, friendship, attraction, all in one!

me too, i really didn't take the effort to watch carla susanne, and maybe it's weird that i am saying that it's hanna, since i haven't seen it all, but i don't think there could be anything better than the love carla and hanna shared...

I'm going to say Stella. But Hanna was her first true love. I think that Stella has some of the same feistiness that Hanna had and that is what drew Carla more towards her. Also, like Hanna, Stella told Carla there would be nothing but friendship from the beginning and it grew from there. I think Starla had more of a future going for them since Stella has that fight in her. But I will say, after watching the Susanne eps, I dont think I'll ever listen to Kylie Minogue's "Slow" ever the same.

Carla und Susanne war Müll, weil Susanne eigentlich hetero war und das quasi ne Affäre zu dritt gewesen ist, mit dem ollen Lars. Carla / Anke und Marina waren praktisch mehr ein ONS ... zählen also nicht so richtig.

Also mein Fazit dazu ist...ganz eindeutig Hanna

und was war hanna, wenn nicht hetero???? für mich nix anderes. wenn susanne das so gewesen wäre, also hetero, wäre sie entweder bei jensmann, oder superlasse geblieben. beide hatte sie, wollten sie, aber susanne nicht, am ende, wegen carla.

für mich war, dass auch keine affäre zu dritt, sondern susanne war, in einem teil der beziehung zu carla, zwischen zwei menschen hin her gerissen (den der plott mit lars, machte keineswegs die komplette suca storyline aus), quasi alltag in vl.in der am ende die entscheidung für carla stand (das die nicht mehr wollte ist ne andere)

unterm strich: susanne war für mich genau so bi wie hanna.
