Marlene has made a decision: Although she cannot deny any more that she feels attracted by Rebecca she makes clear to her that she decided in favour of Tristan. Nevertheless, Rebecca doesn't want to surrender without a fight and in a fit of despair she's on the verge of telling Tristan the whole truth. Meanwhile the unaware Tristan is deeply relieved when Marlene returns into his arms and overwhelms her with a wedding proposal.


Marlene is completely stunned when Tristan overwhelms her with a wedding proposal.


Tristan is worried and wants to know what's wrong with Marlene.


With a heavy heart Marlene tells Rebecca that she decided in favour of Tristan.

At the first moment Marlene cannot accept Tristan's hand in marriage . In conversation with Christian she realizes that she's still torn between Rebecca and Tristan. But already in the next morning Marlene feels so safe in Tristan's arms that she believes to have made the right decision with him. Rebecca makes a last-ditch attempt to declare her love but Marlene sticks to her decision.


Tristan waits for Marlenes reaction to his wedding proposal.

Rebecca makes desperate efforts to forget her pain and grief and to tear Marlene out of her heart by immersing herself in work. Nevertheless, when Tristan faces her with the fact that she's evidently not glad about their wedding plans she surrenders and asks Marlene to keep her distance in the future. However, does this mean that the longing of both women is dead?

Rebecca definitely tries to put Marlene behind herself but she hardly succeeds in doing it.
In confrontation with each other feelings are running high again. While Marlene recognizes that she has lately expected a lot of Rebecca, it gets more and more difficult for Rebecca to lie to Tristan concerning of her psychic state. When Marlene plans to keep the wedding small for Rebecca's sake and comes under pressure for failing to offer an explanation to Tristan, Rebecca brings the permanent lies to an end.

Rebecca confesses Tristan to conceive an affection for Marlene. Nevertheless, he thinks that his sister betrayed his confidence, but Helena coaxes him to feel sympathetic to Rebecca. When he meets Rebacca again and offers commiserations he provokes her unintended and she's on the verge of telling him the whole truth.

Marlene feels relieved that Rebecca didn't tell Tristan that they spent a night together. Rebecca feigns excuses to Tristan and gets unintentional hurt by him. While Tristan makes it up with Rebecca, Marlene feels uneasy whether she has made the right decision with the wedding.

Marlene wants to put her mind totally on her love for Tristan. But during a common trip to the go-kart track she meets Rebecca and Juliette of all people. While they are racing against each other Marlene is getting carried away to do an unfair action against Juliette and reacts strangely bad-tempered when Rebecca faces her with it. Then later while relaxing with Tristan, Marlene also hopes to be able to forget her jealousy - but things don't turn out the way she expects.


Even though she's on very good terms with Juliette (Siri Nase, l.), Rebecca (Tatjana Kästel, r.) has to acknowledge to herself that she's loving Marlene.

Marlene packs her bags, nevertheless she tells Tristan that she intends to fight for him and their love.
